Our fully self-sustainable cart will be setup onsite and our professional and experienced barista will serve coffee for the duration of your chosen package.
Our setup includes either 2 x La Marzocco GS3 compact machines with a grinder or 1 x 2 Group Wega Polaris Compact with a grinder.
1 barista is included to make the coffees of your choice however if required you may select an extra barista to speed up service.
If additional coffee cups are added to any package, a second barista is required - please add from the staffing section.
We require:
- 2m x 1m cart space
- 10 amp power
- 1 hour set-up time
- Lift or ramp access if not on ground level
